- Every athlete that is academically eligible will have an opportunity to compete this week. Speak with your event coach on Monday to know which meet you will be attending.
Continental League JV Meet #2
When: Wednesday, April 1st @ 2 p.m.
Where: EchoPark Stadium (Parker)
Teams Competing: All Continental League member teams will be participating
Out-of-Class: Athletes competing will be dismissed at 12 p.m on Wednesday. IF YOU ARE IN A LATER EVENT, YOU CAN STAY IN CLASS LONGER! Coaches will communicate arrival times on Tuesday once we see heat sheets
Transportation: There is no bus for this meet. Please provide your own ride to and from the meet.
Results/Timing: This is an officially timed meet and results will be posted in Milesplit. This is NOT a state qualifying meet. Track Events Being Contested:
- 4x 800 Relay
- 100 meter Dash - Girls arrive by 1:30-1:45, Boys by 2-2:15pm
- 4x100 Relay
- 300 Int. Hurdles
- 3200 Meter Run
- 4x400 Relay
*Warmups and run thrus must happen before your event's scheduled start time! Arrive by 1-1:15 if you are in the first field event group
- 2:00-4:00: Boys LJ, Boys Discus, Boys Pole Vault, Girls High Jump, Girls Shot Put, and Girls Triple Jump
- 4:00-6:00: Girls LJ, Girls Discus, Girls Pole Vault, Boys High Jump, Boys Shot Put, and Boys Triple Jump
Legend Titan Track Clash
When: Saturday April 4th
Where: EchoPark Stadium (Parker)
Transportation: Please provide your own ride to and from the meet.
Entries: 3 per event + 1 relay
Arrival Time: Be at the meet at least 90 minutes before your first scheduled event.This meet will run ahead of schedule if possible.
Meet Information and Schedule:Program Fee/Fundraising
- Why: There are currently 145 athletes out for track and field this spring. As a result, we have hired 8 assistant coaches. Our team receives $100 from your initial district athletic fee, and DCSD only provides 4 assistant coaching stipends for the spring track & field season. To ensure all of our athletes have proper coaching we are asking every family on the team to pay a small additional program fee to the Track & Field Booster Club to help us cover all of our costs for the season.
- Program Fee:
- $75 additional program fee is used to help compensate our assistant coaches, purchase equipment, cover meet entry fees for the 2026 spring season, and cover other costs that pop up throughout the season.

Meet Snacks Donations
Coach Kunz has been bringing various snacks and gatorades to JV and Varsity meets, but the costs are starting to add up quickly! If you would like to donate any items, you can send them w/ your athlete to the meet or make a purchase on our team Amazon registry (items will be sent directly to Coach Kunz's home)

State 5A Rankings
In-order to qualify for state, athletes/relays must be in the top 18 in the 5A division by the end of the regular season (short sprints and jumps also require a wind reading of 2.0 or below to be a "legal" mark). Here are the current rankings for 2026
