​Please be arrive at least 90 minutes before your race. Line-ups will be discussed at practice on Monday. Plan on parking in the neighborhoods surrounding Heritage High School.

TEAM Dinner
The Diesinger family will be hosting the team dinner this week. Please see the parent email/Final Surge for address. 

When:  Friday, 9/12, 6-7:30
Food assignments:  Please provide 6-8 servings of your assigned item, ready to serve. 
Freshman: Protein (meatballs, shredded chicken, etc)
Sophomores:   Fruit
Juniors:  Bread
Seniors: Pasta/Rice dishes (baked ziti, Mac & Cheese, etc)
