Below is the schedule for the 2-Mile on Saturday, August 25th. Athletes please be at MVHS at least 90 minutes before your race start time. MVHS will also be hosting the SAT that morning so please be prepared for needing extra time to park. Line-ups will be announced Monday at practice. LIVE RESULTS
8:30- Frosh/Soph Boys (score 5, run unlimited)
8:50- Frosh/Soph Girls (score 5, run unlimited)
9:10- Boys Varsity (score top 5, run 7)
9:30- Girls Varsity (score top 5, run 7)
9:50- JR/SR Boys (score 5, run unlimited)
10:10- JR/SR Girls (score 5, run unlimited)
10:45 Awards After Final Race
TEAM Dinner
The Bolthouse family will be hosting our first TEAM dinner of the season. Please see the parent email/Final Surge message for address.
When: Friday, 8/22 at 6pm
Food assignments: Please provide 8 servings of your assigned item, ready to serve.
Freshman: Bread Items
Sophomores: Pasta/Rice dishes (baked ziti, Mac & Cheese, etc)
Juniors: Protein (meatballs, shredded chicken, etc)
Seniors: Fruit
*Athletes should bring a water bottle. Water refill station will be provided.

The second and final gear order of the year will be open until now until August 18th.

Coach Boelé
Please see the document below for his bio and bring the consent to treat paperwork signed for practice if you would like to be worked on. ALL athletes can be seen by Boelé.
We are asking that any athlete consistently using coach Boele's services to please make a minimum donation of $150 to the Booster Club in the fall. Boelé will be working with our athletes now through the end of the cross-country season.

For our pickleballers- The Preston Dumler Foundation is hosting a pickleball tournament Sunday, September 6th @ Epic Pickleball Club. The Foundation awards a "Rising Star Scholarship" to MVHS students every year in Preston's honor.
