Dear MVHS XC and Track Families,
We have two opportunities to fundraise through our local King Soopers and Safeway stores.
SAFEWAY RELOADABLE GROCERY CARDS
Families can purchase reloadable Safeway cards for $5. Load your card with any amount while you are in line at the grocery store. Use your card to pay for your groceries and gas. Mountain Vista XC and Track & Field earns 5% back of the total amount loaded by families! To purchase a Safeway card, contact Jen Christians at [email protected], or text or call 316-680-2114
KING SOOPERS COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM
Families can link their loyalty card to Mountain Vista XC and Track & Field, and King Soopers will DONATE a portion of the total amount spent on qualified items each quarter directly to our team. This is the same card you currently use for King Soopers discounts, gas rewards, coupons, etc. If you do not currently have a King Soopers loyalty card, stop by any store and pick one up today. Directions below show how to register your account.

*if you do not have a King Soopers account, create one first using your loyalty number (usually your phone number) and email address. Once online account is created, sign in and LINK your card using the instructions above.
QUESTIONS?
How will our team get paid? How will I know how much I have contributed?
· Our team will receive a statement each quarter with the number of registered supporters and a payout based upon total spend at King Soopers using customer loyalty number.
· Families can see donations to the organization in their King Soopers account.
· Donation amounts will stay on the family account for three months until the next quarter's information is posted.
· If you switch organizations during the period, you will see donations to each organization.
DO all my purchases count?
· No earnings on gas, alcohol, pharmacy or lottery tickets.
· NEW! Some gift cards are now valid purchases!
Can I support multiple teams and organizations?
Yes! But not at the same time.
· Families can change teams and organizations anytime through their online account. Families will see donations to each team or organization on the quarterly statements. King Soopers is working on this part of the program.
Can my family out of state link their King Soopers account to my team or organization?
Yes. But it can be tricky!
· For out‐of‐state family (such as college kids) using your family’s King Soopers number, it will automatically link if you have selected our team in your account.
· For out‐of‐state family who use a different phone number, it is more complicated. They must change their home store to one in Colorado, find and add our team to their account. If they use their own local store for coupons, pharmacy or ClickList, DO NOT have them do this at this time as it will not work once they re-select their home store. King Soopers is working on this part of the program.
