2017 High School and Middle School XC Sumer Camps Info Who: All Mountain Vista High School and Mountain Ridge Middle School students are welcome to participate.
What: A 10 week summer training program for dedicated cross country runners looking to get ready for the 2017 season.
When: Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. Starting the week of June 5th and running through the week of August 7th.
Where: We will meet at a variety of locations around the Highlands Ranch area to run. Check our team website for practice locations.
Registration and Fees $150 for all HS and MS athletes. Register Online at: www.vistanationxc.com Payments will be made on the 1st day of camp this year. Checks should be made out to "MVHS Booster Club" for $150.

High School Camp Coaches: Mountain Vista High School Head Cross Country Coach’s Jonathan Dalby and Eric Selle will be working with runners on a full-time basis during the summer. Additional coaching staff will be helping throughout the summer to ensure proper supervision on every run.

Training: All running programs are based on the experience and ability of each individual athlete. We will also work on flexibility and strength before and after practice to ensure every athlete stays strong and healthy. Every high school athlete will be given a customized training schedule to follow each week.

Middle School Camp: Middle school athletes will meet at the same time and locations as the high school runners. Middle school athletes will be under the direct supervision of Mountain Ridge Middle School Coach’s Karen Sprafke and Jeremy Estell during the summer and training will be age appropriate.
Attendance: Attendance is 100% optional. Many athletes will go on vacations or be out of town during the summer. Although we will offer a structured practice 5 days a week athletes will not be turned away if they cannot make it everyday.
