Continental League Frosh/Soph Championships
When: Wednesday, April 29th
Where: Sports Authority Stadium, Parker
Entries: 3 entries, plus 1 relay per event
Transportation: Athletes will be let out of class at 1:15 on Wednesday. The bus leaves at 1:30. Athletes will need to arrange their own ride home after the meet.

Pueblo Twilight Meet
When: Friday, May 1st
Where: Dutch Clark Stadium in Pueblo

Entries: 3 per event, 4 for the 1600 and 3200
Accepted Entries: This is a qualifying meet, you must have achieved marks during the season to be accepted into the meet.
Transportation: Athletes cannot drive themselves to Pueblo this week. Athletes will be let out of class at 9:15 on Friday. The bus leaves at 9:30 for Pueblo. The bus will return to Vista after the meet.
1600/3200 Runners: You do not run until the evening. If you would like to make arrangements to ride down with an adult please talk to me.

When: Saturday, May 2nd

In order to qualify for the Colorado State Track and Field Championships individuals and relays must achieve one of the top 18 performances in the state by the end of the regular season (May 9th). As of March 29th here are the current state 5A rankings.

Banquet and Uniform Turn-in Dates
- Uniform turn-in day will be on Monday, May 11th at 3:00 in the cage. Uniforms, and other fines, not taken care of by this time will be turned into the office. Seniors will not be able to check out until uniforms have been turned in, and fines have been paid.
- The end of the season track and field banquet will take place on the evening of Tuesday, May 19th in the MVHS Commons. Please check the blog over the next few weeks for additional information.
