Hopefully everyone is enjoying some time off from running right now! No need to push anything the first week of summer. Take some time for yourself and don't worry about running at the moment. At a minimum, everyone should take at least two weeks off after your last race of the season.
You do not need to be "in shape" when we start up on June 4th. Our main focus in June will be getting back into the swing of things, running together, and having fun. No real intensity during the month of June.
