President's Day 4 Day Weekend
Because of the amount of people that will be out of town this week we have decided to move the Run to Denver to Saturday, March 3rd. The coaches want to do something a little bit different over the 4 day weekend instead.
We have been working really hard, and are in need of some easy days of running coming up. That is what Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be used for. No intensity, just get out the door and run easy for 4 days in-a-row.
We will not formally meet as a TEAM for the 4 day weekend. Instead, here is what things will look like.
- Friday: Upperclassmen led run at 8 a.m. Location of run and post-run breakfast will be announced at practice this week by the upperclassmen.
- Saturday: Long run on your own, or w/ a teammate
- Sunday: Easy run on your own, or rest
- Monday: Easy run on your own, or w/ a teammate
Grand Junction Trip
We are doing an overnight trip this year to Grand Junction instead of taking the usual out-of-state trip. Below are the preliminary details
When: Leaving the morning of Friday, March 30th. Coming back the evening of Saturday, March 31st. The meet runs all day Saturday.
