Time: 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday this week
Where: Please meet on the track of MVHS at 7 a.m. Monday to Thursday
Friday Practice: We will meet off campus on Friday at Redstone Park. Please meet by the shelter house/soccer fields near the duck pond at 7 a.m.

Where: Echo Park Stadium in Parker
Transportation: There is no bus for this meet. Please provide your own ride to and from the meet.
Spectator Fee: There will most likely be a $5 entry fee both days for this meet

When: Friday, June 18th
Where: Longmont High School
Events: We will only be sending athletes to this meet in the 800, 1600, and 3200 events that are not running at the Continental League Championships.
Transportation: There is no bus for this meet. Please provide your own ride to and from the meet.
Spectator Fee: There will most likely be a $5 entry fee both days for this meet
