As you all know by now, the spring sports season across the state of Colorado has been temporarily suspended. We appreciate everyones patience and support during this time. We are all hoping for the best and that we will be able to resume the season in three weeks. As new information becomes available from CHSAA, and the school district, it will be communicated here on the blog.
Optional Workouts During the CHSAA Spring Moratorium
We are not allowed to have organized practices again until April 18th. In addition, coaches cannot meet with the team or individual athletes during this time. However, athletes can conduct their own voluntary self-workouts if you choose to do so. Below are links to optional workouts for the next three weeks to help guide you with your training.
