Lineups for the week
Lineups for the week are now posted. Thank you for being patient while we organized 165 track and field athletes this week. If you do not see your name in the lineup please come talk to Coach Dalby in L503 during the school day, or your event coach at practice.
Rock Canyon JV Meet
When: Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
Where: RCHS Track
Transportation: Please provide your own ride to the meet.
Out-of-Class: Athletes will be dismissed from 7th period at 2 p.m.

When: Saturday, March 11th
Where: EchoPark Stadium in Parker

Meet Schedule and Information (pdf)
Arrival/Departure: All athletes on the team should arrive at EchoPark Stadium at 8 a.m. All athletes competing should remain at the meet until the conclusion of the final event (the 4x400 relay)

Tuesday- East/West Trail (Daniels Park Rd) 3:20
Wednesday- Morning Run 6 a.m.

Distance Training Schedule
Please take look at the attached training schedules prior to coming to practice, and to see what your runs are on the weekends. If you ever have to miss a run during the winter it will be posted for you here.
- Wednesday at 3:10 in the main hallway.
- Every athlete on the team will be checked out a singlet and a pair of racing shorts. The cost to replace lost items is $50 for the singlet, and $50 for the shorts. Please take good care of the uniforms.
