Tuesday- No practice, run on your own or w/ a teammate.

Friday- East/West Trail on Daniels Park Rd 3:20
Saturday-MVHS 8 a.m.
Sunday-REST
Uniform Turn-In
If you have not turned in your uniform you currently have a $100 fine posted w/ the athletic office. Please bring your uniform to either Coach Selle's room, or Coach Dalby's room ASAP.
Team Banquet
When: Tuesday November 7th, Slide show @ 5:45 pm, Presentation begins at 6pm.
