We did an excellent job this week of "racing up"! 2 firsts and 2 second place performances speak for themselves. We are looking poised and ready for Wednesday's League meet to try and accomplish our TEAM goal for that meet.

Fall Break Info/Schedule
Our quality workouts for the week will be on Monday and Saturday this week, with the League Meet on Wednesday. The TEAM wanted to move a.m. runs up to 8 a.m. each morning. This will be our main practice. Those doing a second run will meet at 6 p.m. on the days scheduled. 
Mon- MVHS 8 a.m. 
            MVHS 6 p.m. for those doing a double 
Tue- Redstone Park 8 a.m.
Wed- Continental League Championships 
            Redstone Park Arrive at 1:45 p.m.
Thur-Rocky Heights 8 a.m
           -IHop after A.M. Run
            MVHS 6 p.m. for those doing a double
Fri-The Bluffs 8 a.m. 
      -MVHS 6 p.m. for those doing a double 
Sat-MVHS 8 a.m. 
Sun-Optional Run on your own, or w/ a teammate


Contiental League Championships
When: Wednesday, October 14th
Where: Redstone Park/Shea Stadium in Highlands Ranch
Arrival: There is not bus for this meet, please arrive at the meet by 1:45.
Team-Picture: Please hang out after awards. We need to take a TEAM picture afterwards.

• 3:00 Boys JV (Gleeson, Dillon, Burgoyne, O'Sullivan, Hellier, Beal, Lovejoy)
• 3:30 Girls JV (Anderson, Simmons, Soares, Suntken, Chambers, Nats, Wickeron)
• 4:00 Boys Var (Smith, Fu, Currie, Romine, Zarrin, Hart, Mackay)
• 4:30 Girls Var (Chipman, Easton, Eck, Smetanka, Nats, Brown, Fitzsimmons)
• 5:00 Boys Open (all athletes not in the JV or V race)
• 5:30 Girls Open (all athletes not in the JV or V race)
• Awards ASAP in main Stadium

Awards:

• Varsity: 1-7 medals / 8-14 ribbons / Championship plaque for the winning teams.
• JV: 1-14 ribbons / Championship plaque for the winning teams.
• Open: 1-14 ribbons / Championship plaque for the winning teams.

All awards will be presented after the last race on the Shea Stadium turf.

• 1-7 First Team All-Continental League
• 8-14 2nd Team All-Continental League
• 15-21 Honorable Mention
