Congratulations on an outstanding performance at Leagues TEAM! For the first time ever we swept all 6 TEAM, and all 6 individual titles. I am very proud of the way everyone competed this week!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Booster Club this season! Currently, about 2/3 of our families have made donations. If you are still planning on making a donation please do so ASAP. When: Friday, October 23rd after school
Where: Rock Canyon HS
Who: Top 9 boys and 9 girls will run at Regionals
Teams: Castle View, Chaparral, Coronado, Doherty, Douglas County, Ft. Fort Carson, Highlands Ranch, Liberty, Mountain Vista, Palmer, Pine Creek, Rampart, Rock Canyon
All-Regional: Top 15

Transportation: Please provide your own ride over to Rock Canyon HS on Friday.
Early Release: All athletes running are out after 6th period.

No Bikes on the Course at Regionals
We are asking all parents to please leave your bikes at home for the meet. Bikes on the course are considered pacing, and can get our team disqualified from the meet. This is an issue we have had to deal w/ the last 2 weeks, and we do not want to give other teams a reason to see us disqualified from the Regional meet and not go to state.

Tue- MVHS 3:10 p.m.
Wed- MVHS 6:00 a.m. for those doing doubles
MVHS 3:10 p.m.
Thur-Rocky Heights 3:10 p.m
Fri-5A Region 5 Rock Canyon HS 3 p.m.
Sat-Red Stone Park 8 a.m.
Sun-Optional Run on your own, or w/ a teammate
