Elementary School XC Meet
On Tuesday, September 24th we will be hosting our Annual Vista Nation Elementary School XC Race after practice that afternoon. All Vista athletes will need to work the meet that day after practice. Here is what you need to know:
Team Dinner-Olive Garden Catering
When: Friday at 5:30
Where: MVHS Commons
What: Olive Garden
Cost: $10 cash only per athlete
Athletes that do not bring their $10 cannot be a part of the team dinner.
Drinks: Bring your water
Pat Patten Invitational
When: Saturday
Where: Viele Lake XC Course in Boulder, CO
Transportation: 2-Way bus leaving Vista at 7 a.m. and returning at approximately 2 p.m.

Tuesday: MVHS 3:10
Elementary School Race 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: Morning Run 6 A.M. (plans 3 and 4)

Friday: MVHS 3:10
Saturday: Pat Patten Invitational, Boulder
Sunday: Rest or Short Shakeout Run

Every week a training plan will be posted for you to follow. This will help you to know what your daily workouts are before you come to practice each day along w/ knowing what to run on the weekends if we don't have practice.

- 5 Community service hours will be given
- Go straight from practice to the Elementary Race on our campus XC loop to help. Meet on the track.
- Wear your Vista Nation Neon Shirts
- Be good ambassadors for our program!
