When: Tuesday's at practice throughout the season.
Why: To benefit individual athlete health during the XC season.
Who: Anyone on the team needing work done during the season.
Cost: $4000 for the season (July through November). We are asking that any athlete consistently using coach Boele's services to please make a minimum donation of $150 to the Booster Club this fall (please see below).
Consent Form: Any athlete wishing to receive treatment from Coach Boele must have the consent form signed by your parents and brought to practice.

Dismissal from School:
Arrival Time: All Vista athletes should be at Salisbury Park by 12:30 p.m.
Race Schedule
Paved parking lots will be open all day for spectator parking.
The south/east end of the dirt lot will be closed during the race times from 1:50-5:00pm.
