Every week a training plan will be posted for you to follow. This will help you to know what your daily workouts are before you come to practice each day along w/ knowing what to run on the weekends if we don't have practice.

• All freshman are on plan 1 for the season. If you do not see your name on a plan please come see one of the coaches. 

5A Region 2 Championships
When: Thursday
Where: Aurora Sports Park
                 19300 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80011
Schedule:
2:30 pm Coaches Meeting (under the structure by the playground)
3:00 pm Region 1 Boys (run 9, score 5)
3:30 pm Region 2 Boys (run 9, score 5)
4:00 pm Region 1 Girls (run 9, score 5)
4:30 pm Region 2 Girls(run 9, score 5)
5:15-5:30 pm Awards
Transportation: There is a round trip bus leaving Vista at 12:45 p.m. All athletes competing should arrive at Vista by 12:30 on Thursday. Please let the coaches know if you would like to take the bus to come watch the meet.
