Vista Nation Elementary School XC Race
We are back to hosting our "Annual" Vista Nation Elementary Race! We are so excited that Kimmy Romine (Former Vista Nation Parent) has returned to help us make a successful event. This is a great fundraising opportunity for our team. We are asking all members of Vista Nation to be present to help with the event after practice on September 27th. Community service hours will be provided.
- Race Day- Sept 27th
- Time 5:00-6:30
- Set-up 3:45-5:00
- Clean-up 6:30-6:45
- Meet Information and Webpage
Please review the sign up genius. Read the description for each volunteer position. More information about your position will be provided to you after you sign up.
These positions need to be done independently- Kimmy will be very busy on race day, please know that you really can't mess up and your help is VERY appreciated. So, take it on as your job and do the best you can.
2022 Booster Club Donations
To ensure that we have adequate funding for the 2022 fall XC season the coaching staff is asking that each family on the team make a donation of $100 to our XC Booster club. Our estimated cost to run the program this fall is approximately $8000, which covers such necessities as meet entry fees ($300-$500 per meet) and our team licensed massage therapist (Coach Boele) to be at practice.
If families cannot donate $100, then we ask you to donate what you can. And of course if any would like to donate above $100 it is greatly appreciated.
Jeff Boele: Licensed Massage Therapist
When: Tuesday's at practice throughout the season.
Why: To benefit individual athlete health during the XC season.
Who: Anyone on the team needing work done during the season.
Cost: $4000 for the season (July through November). We are asking that any athlete consistently using coach Boele's services to please make a minimum donation of $150 to the Booster Club this fall (please see below).
Consent Form: Any athlete wishing to receive treatment from Coach Boele must have the consent form signed by your parents and brought to practice.
